IT Helpdesk Advisor
The Role...

Will involve providing first class IT support to users across the business. Primarily first line, you will deal with a variety of queries from creating logins, to basic hardware and software issues, configuring new equipment and some project work. The role will expand dependant on the technical expertise of the successful applicant and could include some server maintenance duties in addition to resolving queries regarding laptops, blackberry handsets and peripherals. You will also deal with a variety of other teams within the business, escalating highly technical queries where appropriate.

In order to be considered you must be articulate, with some proven experience within an IT Support role. A keen interest in IT is essential, as is a good level of technical knowledge across MS products.

Regional Sales Manager
This is a great opportunity to develop the sales and marketing strategy for an international company serving the waste management industry with innovative software solutions.
The Role...
  • Reporting to the CEOas part of the existing sales team, this individual will be responsible for delivering sales and margin growth of key product lines directly to the waste management sector.
  • The appointee will identify new sales opportunities, develop customer relationships to successfully win these contracts and ensure they are delivered on time and according to specification.
  • This individual will be responsible for business development, sales and account management within key markets across the UK and Europe, building on the impressive growth of recent years - delivering product presentations and training seminars will also form part of the successful candidates responsibility.

  • The candidate must have experience in successfully developing business and sales growth within the waste management industry.
  • A track record of successful account management and new business development, ideally acquired in the waste management and/ or software industry.
  • This person will have good commercial awareness and business acumen, capable of analysing the regional market, identifying business opportunities, creating business plans and implementing strategy.
